“At its core, therapy is a process of attunement. It’s a place to share our deepest vulnerabilities, reveal our rawest needs, and invites our most delicate parts to be seen and held by someone who truly cares. Through it we gift ourselves the opportunity to bear witness to our strengths and values, and allow them to illuminate our path towards inner peace
While therapy is a space for deep reflection, it is also be a place of warmth, humor, and relief. Growth happens not just in the heavy moments, but also in the lightness we create together! I bring a relaxed vibe to the therapy room and together, we create a space where you’re free to share, reflect, make mistakes and be celebrated. Healing and self-discovery can unfold at a pace that is comfortable for you, amidst laughter and connection. However you show up, you are welcome here
I am constantly awed by the courage and wisdom my clients possess. You are the expert in your life, and everything you need to heal and find true contentment already exists within you. “We often find ourselves caught between who we are and who we think we should be. These "shoulds" can be heavy— shaping how we think, act, and see ourselves. We police, we demand, we strive. But what if, instead of being trapped between these two voices—the one that longs to be free and the one that seeks to belong—we could sit with both?
Therapy isn’t about fixing; it’s about integrating. It’s about holding space for contradictions, for tensions, for all the different parts of you that deserve to exist. Our work together won’t just be about insight—it will be about experiencing what it feels like to be met with understanding, and how that experience can ripple into your relationship with yourself and others
I know how much it takes to open up—to share parts of yourself with someone new. That’s why our work together isn’t about me telling you what to do, but about creating a space where you can arrive at what feels true for you. Growth is most powerful when it comes from within, not from correction but through direction—your own. When we find our way forward in this way, what we learn isn’t just understood—it’s felt, and it stays with us. If this resonates, I’d be honored to walk alongside you”

“To me, psychology broadens our understanding of what it means to be human and how to connect. We all live our own story, filled with unique experiences, but we share the capacity to feel, heal, grow, and love. It is so exciting to be in a field that supports people on their healing journeys.’
Annalise has always been passionate about mental health and well-being, which led her to discover a passion for psychology. Outside of studying a Bachelor of Psychology, enjoying music, nature and meditation, Annalise is a salt-of-the-earth person and exactly who you’d want to facilitate your therapy experience
