“I’ve always had a fascination for exploring what it is to be human. When faced with adversity in my life I’ve had the privilege of finding people that helped me to understand my internal experience better and introduced me to coping strategies that supported me to grow through challenges. I’m deeply motivated to give this gift to you
Curiosity and compassion are at the heart of my therapeutic style. I meet you on a level playing field, relating to you through our shared humanity and cultivating compassion for all of who you are. I provide a space for you to externalise your thoughts and feelings so that we may examine and make sense of them together. I challenge you and hold you accountable to create the life you choose. I create a non-judgemental space in which you can self-reflect and we can be jointly curious about your world. We are all doing our best and I am inspired by the courage of my clients to move to a deeper understanding of themselves
I aim to not only support you in session, but also equip you with tools you can use outside the therapy room to generate agency in your life. I want you to leave our sessions feeling lighter and understanding yourself better. Above all, I want you to leave each session feeling heard and a little bit closer to the life you choose. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey”
